Dominique Lecomte

Dominique Lecomte currently lives in Medford, Massachusetts.

I spent my early years in Rambervillers, a small town in Les Vosges, France. After a two-year sabbatical devoted to the study of visual art at École de l'Image in the nearby town of Epinal, I exhibited oils, acrylics, and etchings. In 1994, I came to the United States to teach in an international school, and I specialized in linocuts and woodcuts. Photography, which I always used as a visual travelogue, became the base of my work.
